Made specially for attaching thin metal fittings to windows etc. They are a #10 gauge screw with a #7 gauge head which is undercut so it will secure thin fittings without the countersink bottoming out and stopping proper tightening. They take the #1 square drive but can be used with phillips for service by the end customer. They are in stainless steel for weather protection.

This is a Green colour coded bit or hand driver.
